I was leery – I’ll admit it. I hate service people. I make an appointment and I am given a time window (on my day of choice – a plus). 1 hour into the time window – someone from the office calls to tell me Nathan will be there in 30 mins. And he was! He comes upstairs lugging some huge machine and for $135 cleans my couch and a 9x13 area rug. Get this... He missed a spot. A tiny spot. And the urine smells isn’t all out of the shag (every animal in the neighborhood has peed on this rug apparently). So what does he do? He comes back. The next day. During the time he said he would. And does the rug all over again. If it still stinks – I’ll throw it out and know that he tried his best. All organic & non-toxic cleaners too. I've never used a carpet cleaner before but I will call them again.
Pros: prompt, clean, courteous, came back to redo the job
Cons: Didn't get all the urine smell out the first time but came back at no charge

I own two dogs and as any dog owner will tell you that keeping your carpets clean and allergen free is a major concern. With this in mind I wanted to make sure that all the materials used to clean my carpets were safe and non toxic. The crew from nathans were very responsive to my desires to have both clean carpets and provide a safe environment for my pets. "Thank You" Nathan . You did an excellent, professional job in a relatively short amount of time and would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and colleagues.
