In Short – A favorite among UCLA students for its tasty Arabic food (think platters of chicken kabobs and hummus) and convenient Westwood Village location, this hookah bar/restaurant is also popular for boasting dozens of delectable flavors of tobacco, including double apple, grape and strawberry. With seating indoors and on the sidewalk--prime for people-watching--as well as a private (and date-friendly) booth lined with mirrors and leopard print fabric, this is a popular spot every night of the week.

A HIGHWAY ROBBERY
by mathakharab at Citysearch
It is okay if you need a place to hang out late and if you like hookah and smoke all over the place.
Food is okay depends on what you order. i agree with the other review; that you could choke on your food but ask for water and you get their own filtered habibi brand bottled water for three or four bucks depends on who is your waiter.
- Pros: open late
- Cons: extremely over priced
Worst hookah lounge in Westwood
by saratown19 at Citysearch
This place is disgusting! I can not think of one thing positive about Habibi Cafe. Well, I guess the atmosphere is alright, but besides that it was horrible. The food was average at best, the Hookah was nasty and they charged us for water which should be free! The hookah was very harsh for most of the night and it burned my throat. I asked the waiter for some water while I was coughing and he brought it 15 minutes later.
Everything was overpriced... I felt like I paid for a burnt throat and headache. I honestly hope they close down.
- Pros: Music
- Cons: Hookah, Service, Prices
