"OH WE MAKE THAT MISTAKE ALL THE TIME". "OH WE MAKE THAT MISTAKE ALL THE TIME"

...were the words out of the customer service gentleman on the phone.

It was my first time ordering a delivery from them.

They gave me JAM instead of JUICE.

The jam is worth 4.29 and juice 5.29.

When I called to complain about the mistake the gentleman on the phone said that was a mistake they made all the time and he can give me a credit for a dollar!

The one star goes to the nice delivery man.

WOW what an embarrassing company!

the best!!. pink dot always comes to the rescue. with such a busy schedule it can be hard at times to cook and go grocery shopping, but pink dot delivers anything that i could ever need, so why bother!! i love their sandwiches and wraps, especially their chicken caesar wrap... amazing!! their delivery service is reliable and has always been on time. i couldn't ask for a better service!

I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON PINK DOT!. I LOVEEEEEEEEEEE Pink Dot!!! Especially at 4am when I'm dying for food. I love their subs!!!! Also, the fact that I can get tampons, toilet paper, n household productions with my food if I need it. Sometimes at night if I'm lazy its just a phone call away to get certain necessities I am in no mood to go and get...Its perfection for times like these. Or when a friend needs cigarettes, and can't drive, always comes in handy.

My favorite part is I can eat REALLY healthy thru Pink Dot's delivery service. Not only is it one of the few places in LA that will deliver healthy food, but its the ONLY one that will do it so late night for a good price!!!!!

obsessed. Whoever thought of this was honestly genius. My hand goes out to you because your creation has saved me on sooo many occasions.

amazzZING!!!!!!. two words "Italian Hoagie". the best tasting thing in the world and its only at PinkDot. after a long night of wyll'n all i can think about is "Italian Hoagie". Never disappoints and because of PinkDot's exceptional service it is always delivered in 30 minutes or less. God i love PinkDot!!!!

Never work for PINK DOT HOLLYWOOD CA.. Do not apply for this place, they don't respect there employees, they don't pay on time and if they do there's never money in the account. Almost every company has stopped doing business with them for bounced checks and late payments. Pink dot hollywood has hard working loyal workers who have committed them self's, some even for years!!! who have never and will NEVER get any credit, raises or respect they deserve, you might say that's a lot of jobs out there but your wrong, seriously there is no other company more full of it, more disrespectful to there employees than pink dot hollywood, looking for any way to keep it going even if it takes to take from there employees, sometimes taking drivers tips (they don't get gas money so gas is out of there pockets) late checks up to TWO weeks, and more! WAY MORE!!! But just some examples of why this company is not good to work for, save the time and gas money lol (unless your going to shop there) to pick up the application or going to the interview. But just because the owner is the devil him self doesn't mean pink dot's service affects it in any way, there always going to be committed and as professional as possible, answering your calls with patience, respect and looking forward to satisfying the customers and showing up to your door step with a smile, even if there nothing really to smile about for a company as pink dot hollywood.

always there when i need them.... I've used this place on a number of occasions - late night craving after going out...can't drive yet but can call Pink Dot and have them delivery whatever I might be dying for.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!. My order was two hours late! The customer service is horrible. They can barely speak english, they lie to you which makes you call them back in every 35 minutes and they are very rude.

The chicken leg and thigh i got was like a pin dot. And they charge $5 for it. This is a total rip off. The pizza was ice cold (of course after two hours of waiting) and saggy. I repeat. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to ruin your rest of the day / night...

Quick Service, open late at night. I'm pretty impressed with the service they provide, I always order my late night snacks from there and they are very quick as far as deliveries ! definitely recommended

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!!!!. This is the most ridiculous store I've ever been too. They can't seem to get orders right or let you order and pick your items up. I was told I couldn't stop by and pick up a wrap on the way home because there delivery fee was factored in...okkkk? Then I was told I needed to actually stop by and place the order so technically I would have to wait for the wrap to be made (which would be 20mins) as opposed to calling it in

(and picking it up) WITHOUT WAITING. I'm so done with ignorant employees and managers and there incessant ways to gouge the publc with there delivery fees. EVEN DOMINO'S LET YOU PICK UP YOUR PIZZA AND THEY'RE MUCH LARGER THAN FREAKIN PINK DOTS.This is by far the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard but then again coming from a store where all of the guys seem practically "HIGH" it doesn't surprise me

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST...ITS TIME FOR THEM TO CLOSE THERE DOORS. I'LL BE BLOGGING ON THIS SUBJECT FOR A GOOD WHILE. THANKS TO MYSPACE AND MY 10K PLUS FRIENDS I'LL BE ABLE TO GET THE WORD OUT QUICKER.
