Good luck with this company

This company claims they can provide authoring services but beware. I've known several people who have bad experiences with this company and when they complained to the owner he was very rude and refused to redo the work or refund their money. This guy, Swire, is not one for customer service. One person I know actually had their job screwed up by these guys and when they had to go somewhere else for the authoring (they didn't have the equipment necessary), the owner refused to put the money they had paid for the authoring towards the replication, which they were still more than willing to do with Hellman. He claimed the authoring job was completed, which was just a complete lie, and then went back on his promises about the job. The ridiculous part of it all is that when they complained that he had misrepresented what his company was capable of doing (what formats they could handle, that they had certain equipment) when they started the job, the owner was like "oh really? we could argue back and forth about what was said and what was not said. I could review the recordings." As if these guys record their conversations! And what, is that some kind of threat?! Ridiculous. DVD companies are often shady operations, charging you without completing work or only completing it partially and these guys don't have much of any company policy when it comes to their screw ups. I've seen their replication, and it is high quality printing for a low quote, but just know you might be walking into a real mess.

I found these guys through the net and I'm so glad I did. They rushed my order without any rush fees. So helpful too. Would recommend to others anytime.
