This is simply the best Boba place ever. We drive all the way from Malibu just for this Boba place. Sounds kind of stupid, and maybe it is, but it's just a great place. Chill atmosphere, UCLA kida are always in there studying, it's family owned so the service is great, and the Boba is always consistent and all the drinks are made fresh. It's so good I don't even know what to say. It's ridiculous to say this, but it's probably one of my favorite places in LA. Just something about it.

Boba Loca is a outstanding joint to hang out and surf the web in Westwood. I recommend you bypass the Coffee Beans and Starbucks and head to Boba Loca. They offer a homier, more comfortable atomosphere with some couches and tables to set your books or computers on. Also, the place offers free internet access as opposed to the Coffee Chains. The shop is quiet and quite conducive to studying and reading. The owner is a cool guy and his staff, especially the Turkish dude, are nice and attentive with their service. I recommend the mango shake with boba, it has a hint of coconut! The place has interesting photos on the walls from different parts of the world. Boba Loca is the place to go in Westwood if you just need a nice quiet place away from the partying roommates!
