the worst company ever, i will never recommend them

I had water and sewage damage in my apartment since AUGUST of 2010, the owner promised to have things repaired and to give me the insurance information for the damages done to my personal belongings, he has not answered or return my call since November of 2010. In the last 17months the company have changed three supervisors and each one of them has promised to change my carpet and do something about the MOLD and MILDEW, i have been living with. If the President / Owner cannot keep to his word / promise, what can we expect from his staff. He and his staff only cares about the rent, i have begged and pleaded to this company for almost 18 months and nothing has changed, still stuck here with MOLD and MILDEW.

We rented a house from Swami International and we are very pleased. Calls and emails are returned politely and quickly. I have nothing to complain about at the moment, so I hope everything stays the same.

Very Organized and Responsible Company + Beautiful Properties!

When I moved to Bellflower, CA I needed to rent a place to live. I found Swami International's website and fell in love with their properties. The company itself also seemed very decent and responsible, so I called them and scheduled an appointment. They treated me really nice, showed me all the properties I wanted and assisted me all the way. I rented a beautiful, tranquil apartment in Bellflower and I'm so happy living here! I always wanted a private balcony and this affordable apartment has one, plus it was recently remodeled and very spacious... I instantly fell in love!! I truly recommend this company for your apartment rentals in Los Angeles area.
