I had a "difficult" loan, was turned down by Lending Tree and Quicken even though I had more than enough money to pay off the loan and my house is worth 5X the amount I was trying to borrow. Sam understand the vagaries of the loan business, and was there every step of the way, helping me along. Personalized service (which I didnt get from Quicken and Lending Tree). Have already recommended him to my brother.

I was surprised by lower fees and rate that was quoted. I am not the kind of person to write a review but in this instance I had to. When rates tanked a couple of months ago I got a call from Sam Kiasatpour the owner/broker of Cal Fed Mortgage. Apparently I had called him a year ago at the request of my CPA. At the time it didn't make much sense for me to refinance and Sam told me just the way it is and he put me on his data base and said he would call me when rates went down. Fast forward 7-8 months and he called me out of the blue and locked me at 3.875% on a 30 year fixed and said there were $2300 in closing costs. After 38 days I went to escrow and found out it was 3.75% and the costs were $1700. This was the first time ever I got BETTER than I was quoted. On top of that he was on top of everything and always picked up the phone and was proactive. I will make sure I refer him and Chris to anyone that is thinking of financing a home or a cmmercial loan. Guys keep up the good work.

Sam's the only guy I'll refi with. I've done five refi's with Sam Kiasatpour who is now at Cal Fed Mortgage over the past say 10-15 years or so. Each one has been the right decision at the right time. Sam is honest, he has integrity and you can trust what he says. How rare is that? I've had nothing but great experiences with Sam and choose only to work with him on refinancing my mortage...and one day when and if I can buy another home...I'll call Sam.

Refinance Success!. In the beginning of 2009 we started the process of refinancing our first and moving our second into a HELOC. After an unsuccessful 4 months with a broker I had used before I went to CalFed. Sam and Chris were great and worked with us every step of the way through close of both our loans. In this really tough environment CalFed successfully met all our expectations and then some. Highly recommend CalFed to anyone.

The best in the west. I purchased my mortgage 1n 2002 from Sam in Cal Fed mortgage. I talked to him Twice 1- when he pre qualified me and gave me the rate 2 - was 60 days later when he had the loan already processed .He earned my seal of approval. Eithe He is greate or I have low expectation. either case I am happy.

Sam at Cal Fed Mortgage - Pleasure to work with. I would recommend Sam Kiasatpour as a loan broker.

I have used Cal Fed Mortgage in Torrance for several loans and was pleased with the results.

A Great First Impression!. I just bought my first home with financing through Sam Kiasatpour at Cal Fed Mortgage. He was comunicative throughout the whole process which is something I need. I also appreciated how efficient the team Sam has working with him. I would trust sending any of my colleagues Sam's way!

Great Company To Get A Home Loan!. I recently refinanced my home loan with Cal Fed Mortgage.

Sam and his team were incredlbly helpful. First, they spent time and helped me determine the right loan for my financial situation.

Then, they found me a great interest rate for my loan! All through the process, they handled everything, communicated with me and answered all my questions. They really did a great job.

I plan to go back to Cal Fed Mortgage for my next loan.

Been Working with CalFed Mortgage for 20 years!. I have had the good fortune to be able to work with CalFed Mortgage several times over the last 20+ years. CalFed with Sam Kiasatpour has been a reliable and highly competent broker for our re-finance needs. Each transaction was handled professionally and skillfully with an eye on the need to close in a timely way.

Re-Finance Loan Process was Professional & Quick. Cal Fed Mortgage arranged for two re-finance loans on income properties that I own. Sam and Chris handled the process very professionally and expeditiously.

Both loans processed with minimal problems and minimal time requirements on my part. As a busy professional I appreciated the recognition that my time is at a premium.

The best part, however, is that Sam found such incredible rates for me on non-owner-occupied residential income properties. The rate on this last loan was arranged by Sam while the newspaper headlines were echoing that none of the lenders were lending at good rates because of the sub-prime loan fiasco. I would recommend your services.
