the best spot for lunch. this place is the best spot for lunch, it almost makes me like going to work just so I can eat there

Worst service. We used to eat at this restaurant frequently, the disoriented wait staff put an end to that after several trips and a lot of messed up orders.

We then started ordering to take out, but guess what...A lot more messed up orders and now there is travel time to pick up the rest of the order.

Today our server was Aaron, "I know what you ordered online and it's all there"... when we got home we were missing 1/2 our order..

The upside is that this place has employment opportunities for the hard of thinking.

We will not be going back.

best burger. chilis of encino is the best one that i have been to by far. i eat here almost weekly.

Don't waste your money !! Eat at your own risk. Rude people. Yuck! We went to watch football on a sunday and there was a full bar and one bartender. She said at each quarter I will change the channel from this game to that game. Then when it came time to change back to our game, the manager came it and said "oh this tv is for this game because this guy asked for this game." He completely dismissed what the bartender girl had set up in the bar. He was white and the customer requesting the other game was not. So there's no way he was going to tell that guy no. So my friend and I said, hey manager guy, the bartender said she would swich back and forth at the quarter, and it's now the 3rd quarter, we've been here since the game started, the guy you are pointing to has not been here as long as we have. He says, no, it's on this game. He never apologized, said sorry NOTHING. Acted like, who cares. We said "well you are kinda throwing your bartender under the bus." He did not care. We had already ordered and spent money so. And the bartender girl says, "well I'm quitting here in a month to go back to school." As if to say she does not care either. Just a lame place. Eat at your own risk. I will never eat at ANY Chili's again. They hire idiots and treat their employees with no respect, I can not spend money at places like that, it's just WRONG! Too much bad energy and negativity at CHILI's. Yuck.
