Incompetent
Unprofessional
Took people's money and run away. Business shut down. No telephone lines working.
I have naturally blonde hair and they charged me $3K and I got darker hair and still hair growth now, after their stupid, dumb and probably illegal treatments. Their staff hardly speaks English.

I'm so glad I read all your reviews below. I tried calling since last week to make a follow up appointment and when I called, I got the "line has been disconnected." Thought I must have dialed it wrong but I guess not! This is sooo horrible.
