*****COMPLETE RIPOFF***. ****AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE***************

I had a disco party to shop for so I came across Iguana Clothing. I spent over $200 getting everything from them which was convenient. However once I got to the party the brand new $60 Fantasma shoes they sold me completely fell apart while dancing and I twisted my ankle. all of the glue failed on them. I contacted Iguana in Hollywood a couple days later and Darren identified himself as the manager and said "sorry all sales are final even in these circumstances". He suggested I contact the manufacturer but could not provide any contact info for his distributor or the manufacturer. This is a horrible horrible way to do business in this day and age. Don't waste your money supporting this horrible establishment with no quality control or customer service. They need to be shut down with their give us your money and slam the door behind you attitude.

Very cool. I didn't spend nearly enough time inside, they have a range of cool novelty items, costume type clothes and awesome vintage clothes. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly and I quickly found exactly what I needed.

Great shoes, great accessories, kitchsy costuming. If you need an elvis lunchbox, a polka-dot halter dress, a pair of secondhand creepers, a sassy nurse costume, and a feather boa, you should stop here.

Besides new kitchsy stuff and costume-like apparel (Pink Ladies Jacket, anyone?) they also have great vintage swimsuits, an entire downstairs filled with coats, and upstairs, jeans and dresses galore. (all arranged by era.) They also have great new (and used) shoes, perfect little pinup heels and also boots and creepers and recycled converse. In fact, I found a great pair of shoes in a size too large, and they called in the right size from another store (aaaaaaaw).

Retro glasses, bags, bets, etc are all here, too. I think they even have wigs...

Prices are decent. Salespeople rule.

If only they would re-open the snack bar....
