Food is alright, but everything else about experience is TERRIBLE

This place has no management, let alone bad management.
I am disgusted every time I eat there by dirty in the small restaurant, which would otherwise me fine.
I've sat there and gotten water and food quickly at times and had to wait ages at other times.
Every time I order they change something. First the deliver a menu which says free delivery and then charge. When I asked about it, they said the menu had changed.
The next time I ordered delivery, the item's ingredient's differed and again they said the menu had changed. Tonight they wouldn't value a coupon they delivered to my front door, so I just decided to pick up. They were rude on the phone and hung up on us. When we arrived and asked to speak to a manager they said there wasn't one in the restaurant. Then we got home and part of our order was missing. When we called, they said that they no longer include those items in the dinner special (even though the price is the same and the portions are smaller). Again - guess what? they said they have a new menu!!
I will NOT be going back again. Very disappointing because the food can be good at times, but the service and experience for both eat in, and pick up is AWFUL.

- Cons: bad service, rude staff, barely any english, no management, high prices, constantly changing menu

Good food, good price.

A couple of friends and I were walking by this place when we decided to try it and were pleasantly surprised. The food is good and gives enough to be filling. I got from the dinner menu, Spicy Mint Leaves. It came out quickly and was cooked quite well. The servers came by frequently and filled our waters and took the the dishes away promptly.

the best vegan in town

My girlfriend and I are both from New York and he is a chef for one of the top restaurant groups in the country. It was his first dinner our in Los Angeles and I was very impressed .The food was cooked perfectly and the blend of the ingredients in both dishes were done just right. Our entrees came out really quickly, our waiter was super friendly.My boyfriend enjoyed everything and is excited to return, as am I. We both highly recommended it to all of our friends.
