What People Are Saying About The Junk Market

In Short – Unassumingly tucked into an industrial strip south of Hollywood Boulevard, designers Carri and Nick Dillon's warehouse-style vintage home emporium offers a wide range of pieces enjoying a genteel decay. White paint flakes off handsome iron lawn furniture set beside an Adirondack chair that looks like it's done many decades faithful service. Metal chandeliers, Victorian birdcages and French doors rescued from tear-downs would bring instant personality to any home, while vintage textiles offer splashes of color.
The Junk Market is My Favorite Place to Shop for Authentic Vintage in Hollywood
by crystallinquist at Citysearch
I LOVE this place! The husband & wife owners are refreshingly freindly, upbeat and helpful. Not pushy. Their stuff is REAL vintage and is different every time I go in. If you find something there that you like, GET IT! It will likely be gone by the time you go back for it. Their hours are very "Hollywood"... I recommend checking their website for hours and directions before you set out.:
Citysearch doesn't seem to have a link to their website. I just google: thejunkmarket and their site comes up first.
Also, there is a great coffee shop "Caffe Etc" very nearby that has great organic coffee.
