AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We have had two serious separate incidents with this restaurant. Our first time was in September 2007. At that time the food was 2 1/2 hrs late. The food arrived very cold, with lids open and the product spilled all over the delivery bag. We did not eat the meal and immediately contacted the restaurant to speak with the owner/manager. We were then told that there was no manager/supervisor/owner or even an asst manager on duty. I hung up and contacted the facility several hours later and the attendant stated that there was still no manager on duty and will not be for the rest of the afternoon. I then left my name and telephone number asking for a manager to contact me. No return call. So I let it go. Approximately eight (8) months later we decided to try this restaurant again the order was placed at 11:10am we rec?d a call from a delivery driver at 1:22pm stating he was outside of the building and that we needed to meet him in the parking lot to pick up the food. I was blown away by the driver?s demands. I asked the driver to please come to the building to deliver the food and he admittedly refused. I took approximate change to the driver (I was not going to tip for horrible service!!) the driver began yelling at me and demanding a tip while using obscenities and stated "Next time you pick up your own (expletive) food!!" I was outraged by this. I immediately placed a call to the company and asked for a manager. Again "No manager is on duty" I then asked for the corporate office address or telephone number. The attendant stated she did not know it and hung up! I will take every action necessary to report this company and there actions no customer deserves that type of treatment.I could maybe understand if it was a one time incident but this has happened twice!!! Completely uncalled for! NEVER AGAIN!
- Pros: Not one!
- Cons: Easily the worst customer service I have ever expreienced
Good Takeout/Cheapeats

This is a good, reliable place to grab some quick takeout. The food isn't fabulous - but it's good, cheap and plentiful. My friends and I had a sampling of their mahi mahi (fried filets) and katsu chicken (fried chicken cutlet) with rice and macaroni salad (may seem like a strange combination, but certain asian cultures have discovered that it's quite an appealing foil for their fried foods). We also had spam musubi (a great nostalgic favorite, particularly among koreans and hawaiians). For all this we spent only about $30 for 4 people - quite a bargain. I've never actually been in the establishment so I can't say much for it's atmosphere or decor, but I suspect it would be on par with subway or something like that.
- Pros: Good, Cheap, Fast Food
- Cons: Parking
