Don't be five minutes late for your appointment at BDB

This salon just posted an new rule***Appointments will not be guaranteed if client is five minutes late** after I posted my review on Yelp complaining that twice I was five minutes late (the receptionist & senior brow artist told me my walk from the parking garage around the corner to the salon took five minutes as my parking ticket said I arrived at 11:03 am and they said I arrived at the salon at 11:08 am) and my appointment times were given to walk in clients. Despite the fact that the walk-in is the only client who receives brow services, the rude service is matched by the scabs I received twice after Amanda Gibbons, Senior Brow Artist, styled my brows. For professional brow services, I am heading back to Anastasia Salon where there is convenient parking across the street (not a 5 minute walk), friendly employees and professional service (no scabs!). Will I return to BDB? Not unless I have the time to arrive early and bring neosporin to nurse my BDB eyebrow mess. And if you are going to BDB, be aware appointment times are completely disregarded in favor of the walk-in client.

I went to see Megan at BDB a couple weeks ago and she did a fantatstic job! I am a complete eyebrow snob and am instantly suspicious of new places. But I just moved to LA and needed to find a new places that didn't charge $50 per eyebrow. Megan shaped my brows differently and gave me tips on how to keep them up. Best of all - I didn't even break out after the wax. That's a big deal for me. I usually have to weigh out if I'd rather have hair on my face or bumps from waxing...I generally go with the bumps but I'd WAY rather go with neither. Thanks Megan!

Best Eyebrow Shaping ---BDB

This is such a great place to get your eyebrows done! I have been to Anastasia and she thinned my brows so much. However, BDB is so great they have kept my eyebrows nice and thick. I get so many complements now. Also, appointments are easy to make and I don't have to wait a month for an appt.. Anastasia is sooo overrated!

Would not buy the eyebrow gel again

I did not see any difference in my eyebrows even after 2 tubes of the Billion Dollar Brow product.

Great Shapers!

I love this place! I don't think I've ever had properly shaped brows in my life. They helped me grow out my brows and reshape them so they really frame my eyes much better. The people who work here are experts at shaping, not just "waxers". And everyone is very nice. Even when I just "walk in", it's never a problem to take care of my brows.
