I agree with the reviews regarding Paul's Service, we are so happy that we hired them to repair our machine. Our dryer simply would not start, we called around and found them, they are easy to talk with and do a good work.

It was real easy to have the dryer repaired, we appreciate it.

We hired Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service for our LG washing machine. The machine was making a bad noise while in the spin cycle. The machine was inspected by the technician, we were very pleased, the problem was a part of the motor, stator, was damaged.

The parts were replaced and the machine has worked great since.

We highly recommend this local and family owned business.

As a resident of Los Angeles, for washer and/or dryer repair Paul's Service is the place to call. Very smooth. Our Maytag stack Washer They were very nice, professional and personable over the phone. The workman was very punctual. showed up a few minutes early even. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and had the part in the truck. It was fixed quickly and he even cleaned up after himself. I had a 10% discount coupon, which they honored making their already reasonable price even better. Highly recommend.

Paul to the rescue.. Los Angeles for Appliance Repair especially for your Front Load Washing Machine in our case of Maytag Neptune, Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair simply is the your first and best choice, just a the website says. My wife and I were told that we needed a new main computer board, till we discovered Paul's Service. All our machine needed was a simply relatively inexpensive switch. Paul's Service is on-time, professional and very fair in their pricing. This family-owned business is an exception to rule that appliance repair companies are not customer centered. Paul's Service Deserves a Thank You.. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by David @ Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair, Santa Monica, Ca. I have three rental properties in Santa Monica and Venice. Appliances break down constantly. I am always being taken advantage of by repair companies and contractors. Not only did David fix my Maytag Washer, but he did it for FREE and over the phone. He spent his valuable time walking me through the possible solution, and let me try to fix it on my own. His strategically placed whack with a screw driver and hammer did the trick. AMAZING! The next time I need service to my washers/dryers, I will definitely call Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair. I only wish they did more than fix washers and dryers. David has won my customer loyalty.

Excellent Customer Service.. Thank you to Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service for their exceptional customer service.

This company took the time to diagnosis our machine over the phone.

Our Front Load Washer was making a thumping noise, like loose shoes in the machine. We called other companies, they would not give me the time of day.

Paul's Service was clear that the problem was too expensive, the bearing has failed.

Call Paul for LG Washer Repair.. Our LG Tromm Washer was not functioning. I was pleased to talk with Paul he was very professional and was clear about the diagnosis and estimate. We made the appointment. Thhe job was done and completed in the time frame and price quoted.

Washer Repair On a Sunday Morning?. In the Pacific Palisades there is simply no other Washer Repair Service to utilize other than Paul's Service. We were need to have a out machine up and working. Not expecting to have the machine working for several days, to our surprise we contacted Paul's Service on Sunday morning. Paul was in the area, within 2-hours our machine was up and running.

This is simply a professional company with exceptional customer service.

For Kenmore Washer Repair Paul Is the man.. Thank you to Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair for the exceptional service in repairing our Kenmore Front Load Washing Machine. In the Pacific Palisades you can not find a nicer company. With guest in town and no ability to do laundry Paul saved the day.

There was a sock stuck inside the machine and it was repaired in a expedient and professional manner.

This company reminds us the days long past were the customer was simply treated well.
