After seeing the video here on Citysearch I thought for sure I'd have a great experience at this store. Well... yes, the furniture & home decor they have is fabulous. Lots of great pieces (at inflated prices) but I understand you get what you pay for. Which brings me to the customer service (or lack thereof, I should say). I walked throughout this entire store and browsed and NOT ONCE did anyone (including the guy in the video!) say hello to me or offer any assistance. I love not being pressured when I'm in a store, but there's a difference between giving someone their space & completely ignoring him/her! Anyway, so not impressed was I that i will not be returning -- i've taken (a lot ) of business elsewhere.
