good ok food, great place, great service, horrible mexican food, good cheap drinks, great good chips, great general atmosphere
good food and good drinks. I have come here a few times to meet some friends and have never been disappointed. They have good drinks and great guac and salsa.
Reservations nightmare! Food-to-price ratio poor!.
I called to reserve a dinner table for 16 people and it was a nightmare. I first called may 13th to reserve for may 20th. Whoever answers the phones doesn't know how to take reservations. I called them over 10 times to verify my reservation and they had no idea what i was talking about each time. Everytime i called, i was asked for my phone number and email address, but no one ever got back to me. I provided them with 2 fax numbers so they can send me the credit card verification form (necessary for large parties), never received anything from them.
I was even told Hazelle the manager would call me, still no call and it's been over 6 days. Earlier today, they sent me an email offering 3 free pitchers of their "margaritas" if i keep the reservation. First off, your margaritas have way to much sweet and sour. Second, after this whole fiasco, they don't deserve my business.
Beware of the $700 minimum on parties between 15-20. I have been to finer bar/restaurants in century city and the surrounding area that don't require any minimum, let alone $700 or a credit card verification form.
Safe to say, i cancelled and made reservations elsewhere.
Great Food and Atmosphere. Always have a pleasant time here, great food and people, one of my favorite places to eat at.
Cruel Marketing Stunts Don't Make the Bad Crowd Any Better.
Although the place can sometime be fun, the food is nothing to write home about and the crowd tends to be pretty much Daily Candy and Perez Hilton readers, ie: wannabes. I have never actually seen a celebrity or true 'hollywood type' there. But, its LA, so popularity is all in the marketing.
Today, it was the site of a VERY cruel animal-involved stunt. They have done this stunt before, as they're pretty tacky, thus the reason why the Hollywood Crowd doesn't actually go there.
*Today Pink Taco shaved and spray painted a young Donkey and tied him to a post outside in in 90+ degree heat.
*His/her feet were tethered together so he/she couldn't move!!
*The paint was bright and thick, so this donkey's body wouldn't even have been able to sweat through the paint. ,,,I am DISGUSTED that any business would assume this is ok.
I will be making sure all of my friends and friends friends know about this. there's no way I will ever go there again, not even for a nightcap/bootycall.These stunts are absolutely inexcusable.
Like this place. This is my favorite restaurant to go to when I am in Century City. Their food is great and I have never been disappointed by the quality of what I have ordered from their diversified menu. I've tried their soft shrimp tacos, burritos, lobster enchiladas, tostada salad, fajitas... delicious! Fresh products and large portions.
ed hardy city baby. Guys here are kind of douche-y. But cute girls sometimes. It's in a mall so really what do u expect.
Rockin Good time.
Pink Taco at the Westfield Century City mall is great. There's lots of good, affordable food on the menu, lots of hot girls hanging around (or working), and a great full bar.
Go during happy hour and enjoy the big game on one of their flat screens, and the cheap drinks!
keep on driving..... I've driven by pink taco since it opened up and always wanted to stop by. well I finally did for my 21st birthday... we sat at the bar and a waitress name krystal I think helped us. she bought our drinks since it was my bday. I thought that was nice. but the signature margarita was nasty.. too strong and way too sour. and our dinner was good. i'll give them that. but when the waitress found out that we didn't like our drinks her mood switched. I totally felt rushed seeing as I was still eating and she asked if we wanted to close our tab and handed us our check. well fine the drinks sucked and so did her attitude so it was fine that we were rushed. needless to say that is the LAST time I will ever go there!
