Your company provided steam cleaning services at my mother's home (she lives w/her 93 yr.old husband and he owns the house) in Long Beach, CA, last Tuesday, 9/9/08. I wanted to let you know that your technicians did an excellent job and the services made a great improvement in my mother's living conditions at the house. This was not an easy job and the technicians worked very hard. They worked very efficiently and provided excellent, professional service. They cleaned the carpets, sofas and chairs, as requested, I even added a chair that morning and they said "no problem". The smell in the house instantly improved. I have never seen the true color of the carpet until that day. It's still ugly, but at least it is clean! We had professional house cleaners also come in and follow up with a good deep cleaning and that made improvements also. I think that people ought to be thanked and recognized for professional service. I would absolutely use your company's service again and recommend it to anyone who wants to know. Great job !! My carpets look great again and they dried fast! They also cleaned my marble counter it looks new thanks guys. highly recommended*******
