Should be Called "Plumbing Angels"

We recently experienced a plumbing "worst case scenario": Sewage backing up into the bathtub and toilet at 8 o'clock at night. After calling a couple of places, being put on hold for an eternity, and then told that there was a $260 surcharge with any labor on top of that, I did a search and discovered Buddy King. First of all, a HUMAN answered the phone. Said he would be here within a half an hour and arrived within 20 minutes! Was super nice and professional, knew exactly what to do, did a very nasty job with a positive attitude. The surcharge was only $100 so the total was about the same as the surcharge alone for the other place. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE. When he was done with us, he went to the neighbor's, whose entire apartment was flooded, advised her on how to clean up the mess, and hooked her up with a company to do it. He then got on the phone with the landlord and explained what he needed to do. Anyway, I can't recommend these guys enough. A breath of fresh air in a world riddled with endless hold buttons and extortionist billing practices!

I called Buddy King on a Friday afternoon to fix a clogged drain at a friends house (she was out of town, and friends were staying there). not only did they go on Saturday morning, but they were really gracious and responsive and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I used Buddy King for my Air Conditioning installation. They were great! In Los Angeles there are so many places and it's pretty overwhelming trying to figure out who to pick. Five years ago I had a window unit installed by another company and they totally did the bait and switch thing where they said it would cost a certain amount and then got there and said something totally different. So Buddy King's came and it was exactly in person what they said on the phone. Brian installed it was professional and answered all my questions, and I was just really impressed.
