Best Dermatologist in Town

I've been going to Dr. Zaks since 2005 and I am so thankful he's on my insurance plan!
He's taking off some precancerous moles; zapped some pimples right before my wedding; taken care of a rash my husband had from a new laundry detergent; and most importantly took care of a few early wrinkles.
He spends plenty of time with you to go over all the treatment options and he isn't pushy like some other dermatologists I went to in the past.
His bedside manner and professionalism make him really stand out.

Can I give him a ZERO rating?!?!

If you like doctors who act like car salesmen, then this is the guy to go to. The front office staff is extremely rude, and unhelpful. They say that they take insurance, but when you get there the Dr. just recommends these bogus treatments, and you are stuck with a HUGE BILL.
I went in there for my acne problems and all he could talk about is cosmetic procedures. "Do this laser, or get botox?!?!?" Botox?!?! I'm in my 20s! And I came in for acne Dr. Zaks, NOT for Botox.
I am so disappointed. He is unprofessional and has zero knowledge of BED SIDE MANNER!!!!! I wish I could take back the hundreds of dollars this office took from me.
