I was diagnosed with adult onset diabetes and high cholesterol. I am 56 and have never had any such issues like this or any in my family. Needless to say, I was shocked, and scared. Marsha Cohen was suggested by my doctor and what a find!

Marsha is extremely knowledgeble, which would be expected, but more importantly, she has given me a complete nutritional orientation that comfortably fits my life style without my feeling like a dietary shut in outcast that can't go out and socialize for meals. There is LOTS to eat! You just need to know how, what and why.

Marsha made things clear and motivated me to follow a healthier life style. And guess what! My sugar level is now back in the normal range and I'm on my way to lower cholesterol too!
