Beautiful Faces-A Beautiful Place. The service was superior, friendly, and professional. The results were so great that I have been passing out cards to friends. If you want to look youthful and beautiful then "Beautiful Faces" is the place to be!!!

A Horrible Horrible Experience. I have had beautiful skin most of my life. I am in my late thirties but I look as if I am in my twenties. I went to Beautiful Faces in Culver City because I recently suffered from a mild acne break out and had two small acne scars that I wanted removed. The owner and Facial technician recommended that I get a mild peel which I did. She NEVER tested my skin before hand and when I told her that my skin was very sensitive she arrogantly brushed me off saying that she knew all there was to know about skin care. UNFORTUNATELY I TRUSTED HER. Well the mild peel had a VERY NEGATIVE effect on my skin. The small scars that I wanted removed did not fade away completely and my face had a horrible reaction to the peel. I began to break out as if I was a young teenager. I went back to the shop and told her about the horrific results I was suffering from and she gave me a treatment that she assured me would fix the problem and clear my skin. Again I had HORRIFIC results! The treatment left the right side of my face discolored and I had another even more severe break out. DO NOT go to this so called skin care salon/spa unless you desire to have your skin possibly damaged. I am in the midst of seeking care from a more reputable business to repair the damage that this owner did to my skin. She is arrogant and thoughtless, neither of which is a good mix when you are talking about something as serious as skin care. I have never before in my life written a review about a business even if the service was less than stellar. But I felt obligated to warn others because of my VERY VERY bad experience there. Buyer Beware!
