The new guys over at Ace Trophy were awsome. I had a custom T-shirt order along with some medals with a very short time frame to get them done, and these guys were all over it. Couldn't be happier with the new Ace Trophy.

Bad customer service

I just called to ask for their hours and the man who answered the phone was so rude! He acted like I was bothering him by simply asking Ace Trophy's business hours. When I asked what the hours were, the man said, same as everyday, open till 5pm. I had to ask (barely keeping him on the phone without hanging up on me) monday thru friday, and he acted all bent out of shape and responded, "yeah." I had to then ask "and weekends?" yeah we're not open weekends and then hung up! NEVER. I won't be taking my business there. The guys at Shakespeare Engraving are much nicer, I'm taking my business there.
