In Short – Formerly known as the Price Club, this large membership-only warehouse is chock-full of almost any consumer product under the sun-in bulk, of course. With goods ranging from high-end electronics to outdoor furniture to fresh lobster, this wholesale superstore has got it (lots and lots of it!). Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! RATING: MINUS 10 STARS!
I called customer service this morning, was put on hold for 6 minutes before i got impatient and hung up. I called back 10 minutes later and was put on hold for 9 minutes before getting redirected to another line which rang 40 times with no answer(I actually counted). After calling a third time and explaining all I needed was to know if my membership was still active; the gentleman said,"We're tired of these calls" and gave me a corporate office number. The customer service at COSTCO is the worst I've ever seen! I work in management myself and I suggest you trim the fat...especially at the customer service counter.

It's Costco. You know what it is

A large warehouse style grocery, sport, anything store. It's really the only place I can find certain items such as fresh mozzarella without breaking the bank. prices have gone up significantly lately due to the economy but still remains extremely popular and a good buy for many items and food. Did I mention the $1.50 hotdog and drink combo? Heck I go there just for that on a regular basis. Can't be beat
- Pros: Great hot dogs and variety of items
- Cons: Crowded as hell, go early or late.
