Melissa is THE BEST!

Hands down Melissa is the BEST person to ever have treated my skin.

I found out about Melissa through someone at work (with beautiful skin) so I immediately needed to know where she went! From the very first moment I met Melissa I knew she was the real deal. She is SO down to earth, natural, conversational. She makes it fun and easy to see her - as if I am catching up with an old friend. Beyond her great demeanor this woman is seriously gifted. After my first treatment with her I literally was glowing (kind of a crazy idea but just go with me on this) my skin was so clear, evened, I just had a glow!! The next day upon leaving work, a girl in the elevator said to me "Wow your skin is beautiful." I just kind of smiled as I knew the secret to my radiant complexion that day was Melissa.

I continued to see Melissa, enjoying more and more each visit. I ended up having to leave LA to go with my husband for a job in San Francisco and was SO UPSET to have to leave Melissa too. How on earth could I find someone THIS good again?!

Right before my wedding she did a mild microdermabrasion to perfect my skin pre- wedding. She told me things to avoid, maintenance before the big day, etc. She wanted to ensure my skin was in it's optimal condition. This is what I mean about Melissa genuinely caring about her clients and how her clients feel about themselves. She even went out of her way to locate a store in SF that carries a mineral makeup line I wanted tro try out. She even called the stores, asked if they had the entire line - who does that??!

In addition to this - she is very knowledgeable about products and always wanting to learn more. She gives me generous amounts of samples every time I see her to try things out. She never pressures me to buy a product, instead she lets me experiment with it.

I am so grateful to have found Melissa. No matter how far I live, how many miles away I am I will continue to faithfully see Melissa.

best facial on the Westside

I've been a client of Rita's for years. She has a magic touch. My skin is the skin of a woman 20 years younger then I am and it's all due to Rita. The SPA is beautiful and tranquil and the service is wonderful. Treat yourself to a facial here, it's well worth it!

Best facials!

I've been getting facials from Rita for 10 years. I had serious problems with breakouts and she is the ONLY thing that has worked for me. I see her every 3 weeks for facials and diamond peels . She is extremely experienced. She sells wonderful products but never is pushy about selling you anything. She knows what works and I trust her completely because I've had such wonderful results. I really don't know what I'd do without her!

Great facials!

I've been going to Rita's for many years now and have nothing but praise for their fantastic facials. If you're looking for a great facialist and relaxing environment I highly recommend this place.
