Melissa is THE BEST!

Hands down Melissa is the BEST person to ever have treated my skin.

I found out about Melissa through someone at work (with beautiful skin) so I immediately needed to know where she went! From the very first moment I met Melissa I knew she was the real deal. She is SO down to earth, natural, conversational. She makes it fun and easy to see her - as if I am catching up with an old friend. Beyond her great demeanor this woman is seriously gifted. After my first treatment with her I literally was glowing (kind of a crazy idea but just go with me on this) my skin was so clear, evened, I just had a glow!! The next day upon leaving work, a girl in the elevator said to me "Wow your skin is beautiful." I just kind of smiled as I knew the secret to my radiant complexion that day was Melissa.

I continued to see Melissa, enjoying more and more each visit. I ended up having to leave LA to go with my husband for a job in San Francisco and was SO UPSET to have to leave Melissa too. How on earth could I find someone THIS good again?!

Right before my wedding she did a mild microdermabrasion to perfect my skin pre- wedding. She told me things to avoid, maintenance before the big day, etc. She wanted to ensure my skin was in it's optimal condition. This is what I mean about Melissa genuinely caring about her clients and how her clients feel about themselves. She even went out of her way to locate a store in SF that carries a mineral makeup line I wanted tro try out. She even called the stores, asked if they had the entire line - who does that??!

In addition to this - she is very knowledgeable about products and always wanting to learn more. She gives me generous amounts of samples every time I see her to try things out. She never pressures me to buy a product, instead she lets me experiment with it.

I am so grateful to have found Melissa. No matter how far I live, how many miles away I am I will continue to faithfully see Melissa.

I've been a client of Rita's for years. She has a magic touch. My skin is the skin of a woman 20 years younger then I am and it's all due to Rita. The SPA is beautiful and tranquil and the service is wonderful. Treat yourself to a facial here, it's well worth it!
