So bad. I hope the owner gets to read this review. The staff at the Santa Monica store are awful. I have never experienced such ill mannered staff in my life. They are ignorant when it comes to apparel and ill suited to working in retail in general. The stock is ok though it's hard to find anything because there is so much cheap junk. Don't waste your time with Crossroads Santa Monica.
