I have tried several times to visit this store and they were always closed. Unlike most stores, their hours are not posted anywhere that I can see. Also, when I have tried to phone them, there is no answer and no message with information as to when they are open. Very annoying.

Avoid this place at all cost!

I had a terrible experience while visiting Santa Monica on vacation!

I wanted to buy my Girlfriend something nice for a Pre Valentines Day celebration while on vacation.

Not only was the staff unhelpful, but I found them to be lazy and to have a serious attitude problem when all I wanted to do was purchase 2 Chocolate covered Strawberries.

Sentances like...."Yeah I guess" "Uh, yeah I guess so" and "whatever" are totally unacceptable when speaking with a customer who needed help.

Funny thing too...after I told my girlfriend about the attitude and blatant unfriendliness and unprofessionalisim I had encountered? She mentioned that she and her girlfriends had also recieved similar bad attitudes when attempting to make a purchase in that same store!

It's a shame too, since I work for a travelling Website and I plan to mention to my CoWorkers and friends to never visit this place while in Santa Monica

Thankfully....I found a Godiva Chocolate Store that was way more helpful to my needs

Now in Santa Monica!! Its a great place to go lounge with hot cocoa made with REAL Belgian Chocolate! Great for gifts and ask for Vanessa shes GREAT!!
