LOVE THE MYSTIC!. i finally tried the mystic tan 2 days ago for the FIRST TIME! At first i was a bit skeptical of turning orange or do what ross did on friends lol, but I was thouroughly explained how the whole process worked by the really friendly blonde girl at the front. She really eased my mind and made me comfortable with the whole situation, and assured me I would get great color. She was RIGHT! I got 2 shades darker from a level 2, and it WASNT orange at all! I had no streaking just missed a couple spots on my feet no big deal. I will definitly be doing this again LOVED it! oh and she gave me 2 sessions for the price of one!

great place, great beds They have it all!. Ive been to many tanning salons in my day, and I can safley say i have finally found the best salon for me! This place has it all, friendly knowledgable staff, clean well kept salon, and reasonable prices(i am broke college student) and i can still afford it! and best of all i get such amazing color from the beds. Their bulbs are strong and fresh not old and run down. Not going to be going anywhere but this place.

A very nice tanning salon. I was new to the whole tanning thing, but the manager was very helpful in explaining their system, and how I could safely develop my base tan. I'm happy with the results, and the lotion she suggested is definately helping me tan faster. Kudos to their customer service : )

its very accessible (lots of parking) and the salon is very clean and comfortable... the beds are cool looking and work just as good as they advertise. Two thumbs up!

follow your instincts, not their advice!. I have never been tanning in a tanning salon before, but since my wedding is coming up and I am wearing a strapless dress, I wanted to make sure that I didn't have any lines. I went into this tanning salon since its close to my house. The facilities were very clean, including the beds, and there were a couple of different options in terms of the types of beds and the intensity of the tanning available. I chose to go for the most intense (and most expensive!) of the three since it had different lights over the face that only emitted UVA and because the guy working there told me that it would require the least amount of time. He told me I should start at 8 minutes, and then work my way up. I thought that sounded like a long time, and told him that I am pretty fair and have a tendancy to burn. He defended his initial assessment, and so I went with it-- he was the professional, right? Not so. Over the course of the next five hours after my session, I developed a pretty intense sunburn-- but just over my belly and the tops of my thighs! The rest of me is a nice, even golden brown. This tells me two things. One: I should have gone with my initial reaction and insisted that I start at a shorter time. Two: there is something wrong with that EXPENSIVE tanning bed, causing me to get uneven coverage. In this case, I am glad, since otherwise I would have had a terrible sunburn all over my body. Nonetheless, even if it had been for a shorter time, I still would have been unevenly tanned. I have already purchased a couple of other sessions at this place, so I guess I will have to go back, but next time I will follow my own instincts and go for a shorter session. I will also check to see if they have had this problem before, and if they have bed that tans evenly.
