TRY ANOTHER DAY SPA, NOT THIS ONE

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I attempted to get my fiancee a gift card for the holidays. Their online site didn't work. Their automated phone system didn't work either. When I finally got a hold of a 'customer care' rep, I requested they waive their "$5 shipping fee" for the inconvenience. THEY REFUSED. Wrote to Burke Williams CEO Bill Armour about the issue and poor customer service. LETTER IGNORED.

Apparently, Burke Williams doesn't care for Valued Customers.

You have a choice in day spas in SoCal, including Le Petite Retreat, Voda Spa, and let's not forget the wonderful Glen Ivy Day Spa in beautiful Corona, CA.

Treat Yourself!

I?d never been to a spa before, but when I was in Massage School I?d heard that this was the place to go and the place to be. I had to see what it was all about. The minute I walked in, I felt like royalty. The smell of lavender was seeping through the cracks of the waiting room and into the general check-in lobby and the lighting boasted luxury. The staff was soft-spoken and kind and very professional. I was given a tour of all of their amenities and was told that because I?d spent over a certain amount, I was able to access all of their amenities, which includes the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, plush hooded terry cloth bathrobes, citrus water, fruit, and a locker. I was told I could stay as long as I?d like. You?d better believe I did. I got my manicure complete with a paraffin hand-dip and proceeded to enjoy every single thing that I could. Following the self-pampering, I took a nap in one of their comfy la-z-boy chairs before waking up, purchasing a heatable lavender-filled and super soft lamb, and leaving several hours after having completed my manicure. AMAZING! Great facility, great staff , GREAT STUFF!

• Pros: Access to many fabulous amenities after spending over certain amount ona service.
• Cons: Having to purchase lunch if you stay too long. LOL.
