BUYER BEWARE. Buyer Beware of the "Best Wig Outlet". I do not recommend this supplier to any potential customer. I have placed an order with this distributor and find their products to be very poor quality and customer service to be worse than the product. First there are many discount coupons offered by this distributor but they did not honor them and refused to address their technological problem with entering the coupon code. So advertising appears very misleading in the offering of "discount coupon offers". Product was poorly constructed, and shipping took over 10 days

Great place to shop for hair!. My mom is a huge fan of hair. So whenever I want to get her a present, I buy her a wig or hair piece. I love to shop at the Best Wig Outlet because they have a huge selection of wigs, hair extensions and hair pieces. Great place to shop for hair!

Awesome product and customer service...‎. Thanks to Adalena in Customer Service for her excellent direction on the items I purchased! She patiently helped me find a color I was looking for. This easi-hair extensions are great! The system is not too bulky and it didn't pull out my hair like other brands I've tried. The hair is silky smooth! I used a curling iron to turn under the ends and felt like a million wearing 'em! Thank you Best Wig Outlet, you'll have my business for years!!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are too many on line wig stores that provide excellent service. THIS ONE DOES NOT. They do not adhere to the return policy they have posted and are very rude over the phone. I purchased several wigs from them but when I wanted to do a return things changed. No one would return my calls initally and when I did get someone on the phone they gave me the run around. It is not worth the effort to go through this type of hassle to purchase a wig.
