Top panel buckled twice. Paid premium for lifetime warranty. Fred is uncooperative and has not remedied problem despite being informed of problem over 2 months ago. Only excuses. Panel seems to be foam core with aluminum facing. Stay away!!

- Cons: Garage door has only worked 9 months of 12 we've had it
