real review. If you are not ready to order the moment your server asks, plan on not ordering at all. You will most likely be ignored especially if you are in a group. If you are there with a group they will only do up to 4 seporate checks even when the manager makes other arrangements with you prior they will harass you over it once you get there. Overall the food the first time was not edable, I took it home for my dog. The second time, I was not even able to try something different as everyone in my party was finished eating before I could get the waitress to stop long enough to cuss her out for ignoring me. My group meets there once a month so yes i will be back, however next time I will be smart enough to bring my own food and drink. As for the rollerskating waitresses, there is only one of them so the likelyhood of you being served on skates is pretty slim.

Las Vegas in Long Beach. Having Friscos in Long Beach is like being in Vegas.Great Free entertainment while you dine.The food and service is really good.I loved the bar and bartenders,very prompt and friendly.The beer is 29'.Fantastic especially on a hot day.I enjoyed watching sports on their many plasma tv's.

Most Amazing Restaurant ever. Friscos is the most amazing restaurant ever.Very creative and entertaining.Excellent food and service.The roller skating servers are very family friendly.There is no other restaurant like it.

Great Atmosphere, Service, and Entertainment. If you are looking for something different, try out Frisco's. They got the waitresses on Roller Skates and the atmosphere feels like you are back in the 50's. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night they have a singer who sings all the best from Frank Sinantra to Elvis Presley. The wait staff also performs little routines every half an hour to entertain the whole family. They have a full bar with 10-12 beers on tap that comes out of a special tap at 28-30 degrees, coldest beer in town I know of. Food is excellent, ranging from burgers, pizza, and lamb chops! Desserts are also great here. Try the S'mores Sunday! I go with my buddy's to have a drink or with famliy to have a nice dinner. Every time is a different and great experience.
