never go there especially with the lady with red short hair and glasses. i took my 12 month old for his 1st haircut on his b-day today the one on ximeno in long beach,ca, i wanted it to be special, being he has been given medication every 8 hrs for a rare arrythmia for the past yr well we took him to this place thinking they'll cut it nice since they advertise kids cut i was so wrong,the lady named (kathy,red short hair with glasses)treated us so poorly and rude hurrying us to pick the style of a little boy on a pix on the wall.she took in all 5min to cut his hair leaving some long strands of hair , complaining thats all she could do becuz he was moving trying to see what she was doing to him with the trimmer, of course hes going to move hes not a statute ! my husband showed her where he needed a cut and she had the nerve to tell him ( u wanna cut it urself) he got mad and told her that was her job and grabbed my son to leave. we took him to the barber where my husband gets his haircut i am telling u that a small latino owned shop do way better than big companys do! u know who u r very bad service
