VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER ! I CANNOT RECOMMEND !. Not a good shop to bring your car. A days work takes several days. A preliminary quote ended up more than double in the end where they suggest many parts needing replacement. Their goal is to list you as many parts for replacement so they can charge you more on labor as well. Take note that ACA in corner WIllow & Clark is using generic parts. When you know that your car needs a good branded parts, bring it to your dealer service instead of ACA. The dealer may quote you $50-$100 more on parts & labor but your are certauin of the service. ACA is just an average or below average auto repair shot. I will not bring my car again at ACA automotive corner Willow & Clark, in Long beach CA. I am very dissatisfied !!! I cannot recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Stay away from this dealer. Bring your money and business somewhere else where you can get the right return for your bucks.…

ACA. I was very pleased with my recent service at ACA. I had some concerns about my car, but they were resolved by very experienced mechanics who knew what to do. I recommend them highly. You will be satisfied with their ability to fulfill your expectations.…
Don't trust them!.
They charged me $60 for a service I didn't even want or need. I told them that my check engine light was on, and I already knew what was causing it. I just wanted to know how much it would cost to
fix it. They went ahead and did an engine diagnostic EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY GOTTEN THE DIAGNOSTIC ELSEWHERE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. Both the service manager and general manager rudely insisted that they had discussed the price with me beforehand, but they did not.
They also charged me for a $20 brake inspection that I thought would be free (This was partly my fault because I forgot to show them the coupon I had for a free visual brake inspection beforehand, so they of course assumed that I wanted to pay for the more expensive "thorough" inspection).
Then they wanted to charge me $341 for a service that Jim's Auto Repair offered to do for $250 (for the EXACT SAME PARTS AND LABOR).
ACA kept my car overnight for a total of 30 hours. I paid $100 and basically got an oil change out of it.
My car wasn't even ready when I got there (as promised).
I will never go back there, and I would discourage anybody from trusting them with their car as well.…
