Unhappy. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment; they called back and left an appoint day and time they would be at my house saying for me to call back if I wanted to re-schedule, otherwise they would be at my house at the time/day they indicated. I left work early to meet the representative at my house, they never showed up and did not call to cancel or re-schedule. whle waiting, I called their office a couple of times and could reach no one, I left a message, no one called back. Poor customer service, no respect for my time.
