2 years and counting!!!<3. What up Yelpers!... I'm gonna tell you what--> After 7 long years of going to the same stylist in Mexico, driving every other month to get my hair done, I was open to find someone local yet I was very skeptical about finding anyone good. Wow, was I ever in for a surprise! I found the most hip and local hair joint in town right on Colorado Blvd. I've been going to the Factory for more then 2 years now and I don't think I'll ever switch!!! From the time I walk in the door and change into the smock until the time I walk out the door looking fabulous, I feel like I'm being taken care of and pampered by a complete professional. Elva doesn't need any prompting whatsoever from me to give me exactly what I want in a hairstyle. And it's the whole package: waxing my eyebrows, highlights, the style itself, blow drying and even a scalp massage while I get my hair washed. I am positive that this is the best money I have ever spent at a salon in my life. I will be going here for many years to come!

Hair Salons. This is the BEST! Perfect cut after cut. One of my dearest friends introduced me to The Factory. I was not sure what to expect, yet I knew that I wanted a great style that would be easy for me to keep, since I have curly hair and try to style it straight. I made an appointment with Wayne Honda and he creates a master piece. I have never been so happy with the outcome. New style and most important a new me! Thank you to the Factory Staff and owner Nina, for a great experience. Please look out for the live art shows and DJs spinning.

Thank you Jenna!. I began wearing my hair curly after my second pregnancy - no time to straighten it out. Also, I don't have the time to drive to the westside for a cut. A friend recommended this salon. When I called I asked for an appointment with a stylist who could cut curly hair - that is Jenna.

I was very nervous to change stylists. However, Jenna was very sweet and knew exactly what to do with curly hair.

Elva - Awesome Hair Stylist. I was referred to The Factory by a friend (who also wrote a Citysearch review), and have the same rave reviews about Elva, a hair stylist (she also does massages, makeup, and waxing). I asked her to do with my hair whatever she thought "would look best - with the criteria of being easy-to-take-care-of." I walked away with cool layers, eye-sweeping bangs, and a haircut that takes me just a few minutes to style. Elva listened to my needs and gave me the cut I wanted (without my even telling her exactly what I wanted). Thanks for being awesome, experienced, and sweet, Elva! :)

Great customer service as well as great hari stylist-Elsa. I recently moved to Pasadena, and I was looking for a modern hair salon that offered greatly experienced hair stylists, along with great customer service.

As soon as I walked in, someone was quick to assist me. I was then introduced to one of the hair stylist, Elsa, and she answered all my questions; I then setup an appointment with her.

When I went in for my appointment everything was great, she is the sweetest hair stylist, and she not only listened to what type of cut I wanted, but more importantly, she cut it the way I wanted it.

My hair cut turned out great!

After my appointment, I received a Christmas card from her in the mail!!!

I give Elsa and The Factory Hair & Make Up a perfect 10!
