Great School!!. I was looking for a good quality preschool for my daughter Sofia when she turned 3 last September, and was referred to Glendale preschool Academy by one of my co-workers, whose son had been attending GPA for about a year. I walked in to see the preschool without even having an appointment and I was welcomed by the nicest teacher.... who directed me to the Director's office... I was pleased and amazed at the cleanness of the school, they even showed me their kitchen and fridge ... the classrooms are very nice size and the playgrounds are huge!! Anyways you must visit and see for your self... Sofia loves it and has been doing so well academically… My husband and I are very happy to have found them.

A school Ran by Soviet system of Discipline. This is a school mostly liked by families who approve of and admire Soviet system of preschool discipline - which means it is okay for children to be yelled at, DRAGGED by their collars and hands, to be called names - such as fool, clumsy, stupid, at simply left alone on a carpet to cry for a fairly long time (more than 30 minutes). The school is significantly less permissive and highly puritanical in outlook and less likly to take pleasure in the emotional aspects of teacher-pupil relationships and like to show strong authoritarian attitudes toward children than the western approaches believe and allow.

My daughter was in this school for a few months and the wisest decision that we made was to remove her from the school If you bring up these issues to the administration they will blame you for bringing up allegations. Oh, and there is a flaming discrimination among children with significantly no egalitarian attitudes towards the children. - who come from famous families or are more agile, etc. those that are more humble and quite almost always stand at the end of the line or row.

The facility however is clean and their food is tasty. "Don't judge the book by its cover"!
