Wow! My neighbor was a client of this company for over 20 years and he was just sent to small claims by this company for being late one month. My neighbor was in the hospital and explained the situation but the owner of the alarm company didn't care and had him served anyway. How can anyone do that?
I have had service with this company for 3 year and I have to say yes they are in some cases a few dollars cheaper then the next guy but not always the case as for one of my business they did not have the best rate. Never the less I moved one of my 3 business about 7 miles away. They promised me a install date and Did not show up. One month later they show up and don't have the equipment that I paid for on hand. when I asked them "when will you have it" they told me "I don't know but when we get we will install it for you." Mean while they want me to give them a deposit despite the fact the for the last 3 months they have been automatically taking money out of my account and also they want me to lock into a contract when they don't even have the equipment on hand or in stock. The owner is extremely impolite and has foal language. the two installers sent to install in my warehouse only came with a 6 foot ladder. Thank you for wasting my time. Over two months!!! I don't understand how a company can be so carless and rude in a down market even more so I don't understand how this company would be there for me If I were to get robed ...... Stay away from this company !!!!!!!!!!
Hopefully you never use them – 1- if your alarm goes OFF sometimes it takes them up to 10 min to call you. I guess by that time if really was some burglary it is too late by that time.
2- after having account with them for 7 years, when I wanted to cancel one of the locations, owner of the company I guess TOM, or Randy need to talk to me, he is rude and very unprofessional. all he see is the money, no customer service after being their customer for 7 years on multi locations.
3- I am using another company it is much better, I can see the in and out logs online, control it from my cell when if forget to turn on the alarm, i do not know who they are still in business.
4- ooooooo i forgot to say about their patrol, it takes about 40 min to come to your place to see what is going on. I don't know why do they even bother to come.
Terrible customer service – I am very disappointed with this business. The monitoring was just ok. I had some issues trying to contact them after hours and it seemed disorganized. I just called to cancel my alarm because I was moving. They told me I had one year left on a three year contract, in which I never signed. The alarm equipment was mine and I even had to pay for a separate installer to install my system. They only have been doing my monthly monitoring so I didn't understand why they kept insisting they waived the initial installation fee when there was no installation. They were rude and don't value their customers. The owner aren't forgoing this contract (again, which I never signed) because times are tough and companies are going out of business. Hopefully this company will too because if this is how the owner treats his customers. This is a business I don't want to be working with. For your own sake and safety, get Another alarm company.
