5 Star ratings are fake!. Really, look at all of the ratings. They are mostly either 5 stars or 1 star. PAC, quit giving yourself good ratings. There is absolutely NO WAY anyone gave PAC a five star rating. If you really look at all of the five star ratings on any site about PAC, they all sound very similar and look like there are very specific things that the employee, or friend of the owners or whoever had to write. PAC is the worst. The staff is rude, it takes FOREVER and a lot of nagging to get anything repaired in your apartment, and on top of that, if you do need repairs they charge you for everything. All of their buildings are old and in need of an overhaul. If anything breaks, most likely it is because of years and years of wear. Somehow, they still justify charging you for the repair. We had flooding in our apartment and it took 2 weeks for the repair to be complete. You pay for all utilities including a BS water, trash, and sewer bill they charge you for from AUM which is $50-$60 per month. (You can't tell me they aren't making a profit on that one!) And, on your AUM bill there is a $3.00 service charge for using AUM. How does that make any sense that we're getting charged the service charge?! We didn't decide to use their stupid company. That is something PAC should be paying. The onsite managers are USELESS. During our flooding incident, my husband went to our manager for help and all the manager did was hand him the maintenance phone number. THEN, it took 3 phone calls to their emergency maintenance number for them to realize it was serious enough to come out to our apartment. Most everyone who had been in our building for years has moved out because they didn't want to deal with PAC, and there are about 5 other families, including ours that are trying to find a new place to live because we all hate them so much. There is no benefit what-so-ever moving into one of these buildings. You would be better off going with a private renter who will at least pay for water/trash/sewer or the HOA fee, and won't charge you for every repair. They don’t even heat any of their pools. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take my advice and DO NOT move into a PAC run building. You will save yourself a lot of strife!

Pain in the ass. This management company is a pain in the ass. They ask for records I have never encountered in finding an apartment, particularly banking statements I wouldn't be surprised if they asked for my first born child. I even have a good credit score. After filing out the application, I received a phone call from a polite yet degrading bitch, stating I had not told them my checking account balance. I wouldn't have cared if I was buying the damn place. She was short polite yet a true turd, this isn't a million dollar listing yet she treated it as such. Screw these people and their business practices. Idiotic robotics working for the man and poor managers from a cesspool of socioeconomics

Awesome!. Michelle at PAC Properties is amazing! So sweet and so helpful! The kind of customer service that's missing these days! We are SO happy with our apartment! Totally recommend going through Pac Properties if you're looking for an apartment. You won't be sorry! Happy hunting! :)

Easiest Apartment Hunt Ever. The staff is helpful and professional. However, the real seller here was the Website. They manage many nice properties in Studio City, NoHo areas, and the website made it very easy to search and setup appointments to see the apartments. Then, upon choosing our place, the staff was very helpful in agreeing to remove a problematic and unsightly mirror from atop the fireplace. On top of this, we received a fantastic move-in deal that was just the icing on the cake. Rebekah was the leasing agent who assisted us and is, by far, one of the nicest and most personable leasing agents I've ever worked with, and I've rented in Chicago, Laguna Niguel, Long Beach, and Orange before this. I'ld definitely tell anyone who is looking in LA, check their website and contact them. Nice properties and easy to work with!

Great service & Beautiful apartments. After living in a complex where even the most basic maintenance was a hassle, and moving out was a nightmare, PAC made finding a new place and moving in pleasant and easy. The apartment I found is gorgeous, and everyone on their staff helped me move in and get things started. Can't say enough about them.

So helpful!. I would recommend P.A.C properties to anyone looking for an apartment in the studio city area. They were thorough, caring, and extremely helpful. I now have a gorgeous apartment that is safe and gorgeous!

Wonderfully Helpful!. My roommate and I just moved to Los Angeles from NYC and had a tough time finding a place to live. Lucky for us we found PAC Properties. Rebekah Cherry and Michael were life savers. They found us an apartment in the perfect area for the perfect price with the perfect amenities.
