Go here for great services. I go to many spas but The Spa Loft is my new place to relax and get pampered. I absolutely love how the place looks with the colors of chocolate brown and pink and real photographic art...But, really, the massage and facial package was perfect and perfectly priced!

Great place to relax after a long day.... My sister and I decided to go here on a whim. We basically picked it based on its proximity to our home, and I'm glad we chose this one. When I booked the appointment, the girl on the phone was extremely accomodating. The entire staff is really nice, and the whole place has a comfy, unpretentious feel. I had the 85-minute relaxation massage with Leslie, and she was great! Just the right amount of pressure, and she made sure to focus on my problem spots. The scalp massage was a nice finishing touch. Each room has its own CD player, which is a requisite for me after my last unfortunate spa experience. My sister had the Indulgence package (55-minute relaxation massage + classic facial), and she was quite happy with the results as well (see her review on Yelp).

This spa is possibly the smallest one I've been to, but don't let that deter you. It's nicely decorated in a color scheme of chocolate brown, pink and cream, and impeccably clean. It's not a spa for lingering, so I think it's most appropriate if you just want to get a quick massage. I would highly recommend it if you want a place that deliver high quality services at a fair cost. Even though I'm a spa-hopper, I am definitely coming back!

Great Massage, Very Friendly and Personable Staff. Visited last month and had a wonderful experience. A Combo Massage with Brigitte is a definite MUST! Really great and couldn't have asked for more. The express facial I had with Sharin was good too...I think I will book a Classic Facial next time around. Spa atmosphere was really nice and relaxing. All the staff I came in contact with were VERY friendly and welcoming....and REALLY tried their best to make the best of my ill-started day with their services. Highly recommend and will be visiting again when in the area.

best massage. My husband and I had just flew in from chicago. He hates to fly. I convinced him to get a couples massage and he agreed. He loved it!!!! ( so did I ). The people were so warm and made us feel special. I would definately recommend going. If I lived in L.A. I would definately be a regular customer!

Best spa party EVER!. I had a spa party for my birthday with 4 of my closest friends (one was my mother)...and we had a blast! They were so wonderful to us...we had massages with aromatherapy and the custom facials with oxygen. The staff even surprised me with sparkling cider and paraffin dips for my mom and me for Mother's Day! I'm so glad I discovered this place!

Very Bad Experience- I will never go back again!. The atmosphere was nice and massage was good. Although I had the worst experience ever when I purchased 2 items that were mis-priced. The clerk sold them to me at the lower price and then called me at home and told me that I had to bring them back or she would charge my card full price because the owner wouldn't honor the mis-marked price. I had to drive back at 9 pm. They wouldn't give me a reciept for the credit. The clerk was crying and told me it was my fault that she was going to lose her job. MY MASSAGE WAS RUINED. This was extremely poor customer service.

I get a massage once a week and they just lost a potential customer and allot of revenue. Very bad business!!

Loved it!. From the time I called to book the appointment until I checked out the staff was so friendly. I had a very nice Combo massage from Wendy. The treatment room was very peaceful, the bed was comfortable and warm. This place is so cute. It's a nice quaint-size spa, a wonderful change from a large chain spa like Burke Williams; it's big enough to feel like an escape, yet small enough to carry that "exclusive" feel. It's intimate and the decor is beautiful and cozy; it smelled great (like cocao). Parking was so easy which makes it even more attractive! I am a spa-hopper and this experience definitely tops my list!

This place is NICE. Forget those big chain day spa's. I loved this place. The services I had (massage & facial) were top notch and my service people were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it!

Go to this Spa. I had a spa party at The Spa Loft for 5 of my girlfriends and it was a total blast!

I'm so glad that we went there...the staff was so nice and the services were

absolutely great. I can't wait to go there again. I could actually use a massage

right now.

Ladies, this is a MUST GO. Last week when I went to the Spa Loft, I truly received the best facial I've ever gotten. What a great touch! The next week I got a massage and that was also one of the best. And the place is CLEAN. Next time I go, I'm probably going to get their body wrap (dead sea wrap).
