Bad Service and not Verizon Owned. This store provided a terrible experience. I had to call Verizon to assist me and they couldn't find the store in their listing even under franchises. Buy beware and be fore warned. This isnot a Verizon owned store and they operate under their own rules without thought for the customer I was ripped off by th store, charging me for a restocking fee on phones I never received. There store owner old me to sue him if I didn't like it. I don' t like it and I hope I can warn as many customers as possible. Go toa realVerizon store, not a Westridge Verizon provider, BOGUS.

Worst Customer Service. I went to this Verizon on Saturday aug 15th and the girl working there was RUDE, she has long curly black hair. I never want to go back there especially with a sales associate with such a terrible personality!
