FABULOUS!

I gotta tell 'ya, this place is fabulous. I have a standing appt. every two weeks for mani/pedi with Lin. She's the best. Once a month I get a color/cut w/Carrie, the owner. She's so knowledgeable when it comes to color that's right for you...she matches color to your skin tone, life style, wardrobe...when you're done even you can't tell it's not the color you were born with. Everyone is friendly, outgoing and make you feel a part of the family. I'll never stray. They'll have to burn the place down to get rid of me.....Love, love,love it! You will too.

I think it depends on who services you. This salon has both good and bad technicians and you just need to find the right person for you.

AQUA Lock Extensions ROCK

Was nervous top get extensions done but didnt have $2000 to get them done in Beverly Hills so I did some research and a girl at the MAC counter in Nordstrom told me she went to Aqua Salon and Spa to get hers done and I would never have known she had extensions. I went in for a consultation and Julie was awesome. Very personable and friendly, not to mention hilarious! Had my long hair in about 2 and half hours and her Mom, the owner, Carrie, blended them for me. Looks so great! All my friends are jealous, and i told them I know a great place when they are ready to do it!

Thanks to everyone at Aqua Salon for making it an awesome experience.

I hate getting my hair cut because it always gets messed up. The other day I was coming home late from work and I saw Aqua Salon and Spa. I needed a haircut badly. I went inside but they were closing for the evening. Then a woman said that she would be happy to stay late and give me a cut. I have to tell you that this was one of the best cuts I have ever had. I will definitely go back there. Thank you for the great cut!

Waxing Nightmare!

I started going to Aqua in early 2006, when they had a gal named Jen doing wax there. She was a genius. Never left bruises, burns, or welts, or torn skin. Last month, I called for an appointment and was informed that Jen was gone, but I could see Lisa. Lisa gave me a HUGE (3-4" long) bruise, then tried to tell me that my underwear had caused the bruise (the bruise wasn't even in the right place for that to have been true!). In addition to injuring me, she did sloppy work, with poor attention to detail. She didn't check for stray hairs, nor did she trim the hair that was intentionally left behind.
