Horrible Management - Charged for wrong items and hung up on

I ordered to go and by the time I got home, I received the wrong order. I called and disputed for an hour because they couldn't figure out how to decline my credit card and recharge me for the right order. I was then told that I wouldn't be charged for my order and that my meal was comped.
I looked at my CC statement and I was charged. I called and again to dispute the charges and the manager hung up on me. He said that people do "this" all the time and try to get free food. His name is Andrew Kim and should be fired. He not only told me I was wrong and that I called last week (even though it wasn't me and I haven't eaten in that location in more than a year since I live near west wood and eat at that location). I told him everything was taken care of since it was discussed with the night manager, Eric Silva and Helads Acabel. He said I was wrong (even though he wasn't present).
He then said I'll give you credit for what you had, and I said that I didn't want to eat there after this experience. Andrew Kim then hung up on me.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. The management really doesn't understand customer service.
I will never eat here again.
