BandA list my homes and sold then at a great price easy to deal with and manages some of my property

thy make money stay full and i have owned property for over 23 year and he takes care of business right

and i am hard to please

i know her she was OMG bad person

i know the girl who wrote this comment but she was a nasty person and David Bell is fair to me and others i know in the building when times

where hard he worked with me and reduced the stress in my home God bless him

as for her about her unit was dirty all the time and she was a section 8 sat home and smoked all day person that did not work and he had to put a notice each month i saw the notice on the door all at the time

• Cons: want his rent on time lol

HORRIBLE LANDLORD!

Absolutely the worst landlord that I have ever had. Not only did they never fix anything but they are also very anti-LGBT community. The actual landlord (DAVID BELL) is one of the most uncouth individuals that I have ever met. DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! SAVE YOUSELF THE GRIEF!!
