Cute place, facial okay.. I received there basic European style facial. It was okay. The facialist didn't have a very confident touch so it was a tad awkward. The facial bed was very uncomfortable. She was very courteous and friendly. Overall it was an okay experience. I guess I was expecting a more thorough and knowledgeable facialist since the Kate Somerville name is marketed so well.

Too much hype. The clinic itself is very nice and the decor is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. You are treated like an A-lister. Although my facial was enjoyable and the Esthetician was knowledgeable, it was overpriced and I broke out more after the facial. I think there are less expensive places to go and just as good.
