Terrible Customer Service by Management. We went there on Friday and had only drinks. When I requested my check, I was handed an exhorbitant bill. I asked for an itemized check to see what was charged because I believed there was a mistake. I was told that the gratuity was included. I insisted on an itemized bill. After 20 minutes a burly employee asked my what was wrong. I told him I believed the amount charged was wrong. He began to argue and question me. I, again, requested an itemized bill. After another 15 minutes the waitress came back with a modified bill but not an itemized bill. This is not the first time I have experienced this type of problem in a Middle Eastern restaurants. They function under the assumption that they can charge as they please and no one willl question because most middle eastern people throw money on the table without caring either because of their upbringing or because they're too drunk. In either case, these establishments are operating unethically when they overcharge their customers and their failure to provide clear accounting may be in contradiction of the law. I believe the better business bureau or Department of Consumer Affairs should be made aware.

Great place, good food. A friend of ours hosted a party here and it was such a nice place. Lights and ambiance was perfect. Food was reasonably good.

This restaurant should be shut down ASAP!. First off my family background is from Turkey so I know A LOT about Turkish cuisine and this place is a JOKE! I can't believe the owner has the audacity to label it "fine Turkish cuisine". I was absolutely embarrassed when I decided to take a couple friends out to dinner to this garbage hole. The prices are outrageous for something I wouldn't even feed my dog. I ended up ordering the kofte sandwich which cost me $11!!! The service is ridiculous our waiter was a complete klutz who acted as if he was so busy to ever take our order even though we were the only people in the restaurant for crying out loud. I'm getting mad all over again just typing this. The icing on the cake was when my group of three asked for change when we put money down for the tab. Again the waiter was a complete moron and couldn't even do that. So I took matters into my own hands and took my bill to the bar, where I was insulted by the bartender (who was the owner)!!! She was speaking in Turkish thinking I wouldn't understand. I speak the language moron. I hope you read this because you and your establishment are a joke. You should be deported for opening up such an awful place.
