bad service + bad food = Ten Shabu (negative ten). Ten shabu got a negative ten from me. Servers were rude, NOT authentic Japanese shabu shabu. It is doomed to be closing down in no time.

Cheapo Owners. Altnough this place USED to be friendly, nice, and generous with their portion, service, and warmth - now they are just ONE cheap, rude, pathetic shabu place I've ever dined in. When they've opened couple of years ago, they were trying out the "all you can eat" meat and free drinks, friendly service (btw, they are owned by husband and wife who is the waitress and waiter that waits on you) but now since they've earned some clientels - pay attention how cheap they are. They charge you for every little requests - AND they've gotten so cheap with their meat, service, and warmth that it's not worth my time and drive anymore.

Their prices are OK - it's not just the price that matters, but service is what makes me want to go back to the place. Tthere are tons of Shabu places out there with better service, better quality, and better atmosphere but you'll just have to pay a few bucks more for it. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you're really on a tight budget and you don't care to stuff it down your throat or they will stare at you if they get busy and they need their spot. My friends' friend had an awful altercation with the owners (the two that wait on you) - the wife was a rude biatch - asked them to leave and sit somewhere else even before they were done with the rest of the group because others were waiting. It's pathetic to even hear something like this! They sound like 2 dumb owners who just doesn't know how to run a restaurant business. This place has no class and absolutely NOT a good service oriented business people! What do you expect if you are going to pay only $10.99 for your meal - but for sure for $14.99 you can go to a much better place - that's $4 whopping dollars more ---- VERY WORTH IT -- at least you will digest A LOT BETTER!!!!!!!!!! They are doomed to go out of business soon! Who would go there to dine? I know I wouldn't anymore after what I heard from my friends...... 3 words = DON'T GO THERE!!!

Most Shabu Shabu for your money!!. The employees are so friendly and helpful. They will walk you through and help you make the best tasting shabu shabu. Of all the places I've been-they give you the best dipping sauces, your shabu shabu comes with broth not just boiled water and you can choose from mild to spicy. You get so many different choices for meat and they will give you unlimited veggies and rice. They have an all you can eat shabu shabu dinner [my favorite] and I love that they are open late!!! Sometimes they stay open until 11:30pm.
