poor customer service
worst satellite installer. this company is full of misrepresentation, lies and poor customer service. One of their salesperson/technician approached me if I want to switch from directtv to dishnetwork and it will save me more money. I asked him if dishnetwork have TFC channel and he said yes. So they installed the equipment and after 5 days I spoke with their customer rep. and complaining about the TV reception as well as the misrepresentation the their sales tech told me that dishnetwork have TFC channel (unfortunately it has VIVA pinoy not TFC Channel). The customer rep told me she will send a technician to fix it. The technician made 3 appointments and not showed up in my house. So I decided I will switch back to direct tv then Y-Tech spoke with me again and said they can do it for me without any cancelation charges from dishnetwork. They installed the directtv for me but after 7 days i got electronic charge of $300 on my account. I called them they said they will check with dishnetwork and they will call me back. I decided to call dishnetwork and they told me they never charged me $300. To make the long story short it was Y-Tech who charged me and they lied that it was dishnetwork. i tried to call them again none of their MANAGERS are available to speak to me........ i don't know if this is a scam from Y-TECH.....
