This a true acting class

I started his class expecting the same style of how to act like many other acting classes. I was wrong in every way, this is by far a true acting class. Otis a true acting teacher because he's a true actor. The knowledge you get from is everything you need to know how to act. A brillant teacher and a terrific class. Its cheap and you spend one on one time with Otis. He's my best acting teacher and you won't be disappointed. If you want to act but have no idea where start, or if your actor that wants just practice your work, go to Otis Bells class. Worth every penny

He Changed my daughter's life

My daughter Michelle12 years old soon will be 13.

All her life, we did not know what she is and who she is..

When we were in San Francisco area, I got phone calls almost every other days from the teachers,she is in trouble (bad relationship with her friends or bad grade etc...)

My husband and I ,we both were struggling what to do with her .

One day she came home with an idea she want to be a movie star.

As we all know you don't just become a star. I am sure everyone in the world mom and dad,when your child want to be someone special, I am sure we all will work hard to support them whatever it takes.

So, we did move to Burbank Aug 2007.

But, I had no idea what to do next for her.

People offers all kinds goods for me to spend and I still didn't have clue what to do for my child.

We waisted one year with no progress.

Then we found Otis Bell from friend.

Within 5months with Otis Bell, my daughter Michelle McGhan became a artist and actor which she should been in first place. Otis will put all his energy and hard work into Michelle to find out who she is and what she is...

With his help Michelle found an agent and finally she is A student in John Muir Middle School in Burbank

That was not all what he did for us.

He made me understand about my very own child who is an artist.

He also made me understand how not to hurt artist mind.(I used call her crazy child)

I am sure, out there.. some child will have dreams to be an actor parent have no clue how to handle the situations. But, if you can't find best teacher for your child ,your time and your hard work will go to the garbage just like us passed 1year...

If I don't know what to do with my daughter's profession, I will call Otis.

I do know he will be there whenever we need him.

Otis Bell was the best thing in our life.

Best Teacher I have ever met

I've been in LA since September; met Otis in December and I have to say, he is amazing. I've been to a bunch of acting classes and there is no one that knows as much or is as passionate about the craft of acting and not just about his own craft, but mine as well. There really is no other way to describe the experience other than you have to be there to experience it for yourself. He takes his time with his students and really allows you to work at your own pace while encouraging you to work as if you were going to present it to producers to book the job. This is not just an ordinary scene study class however, he makes sure you have to basics and works from there. He also teaches you how to be a better business person not just an actor. I am very grateful that I have stumbled into his class and look forward to the next class as soon as I walk out the door.

For anyone who steps foot in that door (and I advise you to) just make sure you come to Riff :)

Best intensive actor training around - experienced or not!

Otis - thank you! I mean it sincerely. -- I am not going to pretend and tell you I'm an established or successful working actor, with an impressive laundry-list of industry credits, booking gigs regularly. Well, not yet at least! In fact, quite the contrary, I fall on the other spectrum & now truly understand the term I've so long read & heard about, "starving actor." On a serious note though, I?m doing OK and am at one of my highest points in my life - in all aspects: mind, body, & soul. Never have I felt so liberated before and the Immersion Experience is a big part of it. Unbeknownst to me at the time, as I literally stumbled into Otis' class one night, that his training would tremendously impact my life, in such a short amount of time. His approach breaks ground b/c it's not just academic, physical, mental, spiritual, all to name a few, but he takes these elements to a higher level & connects them at an apex of a pyramid, so-to-speak. In this age Otis Bell is a rarity in a vanity-town like ours, when most people have forgotten sincerity, ethics, discipline, excellence, persistence, dedication & so on... it is refreshing & comforting to trust that you can still find genuine people out there, who will take you under their wings & mentor you. For those of you out there searching for a place to learn or improve on your acting tools & techniques or somewhere to call home to harness your craft, then look no further. The Immersion Experience uses an uncanny approach that will break, build-up, and nurture you all at the same time. Otis teaches from the roots & the heart. His techniques are personally genuine, unique, and based on sound & proven methods. No fluff or BS! I will fore-warn you however, this training is not for the limp or light-hearted actor. You must be willing to "immerse yourself and experience" the fundamentals of our psychophysical craft that will test all the elements of your being. So be ready to bust your tail because you will work.
