This was my first time visiting Dr. Kezian's office since moving to the area, and I must say that I was very impressed!! From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted by each staff member I saw with positivity and smiles. The environment was clean, warm, and quaint. I liked the small-town family feel, especially for a single mom in the big city. During the actual cleaning I was very comfortable in the chair. Dr. Kezian and his staff were very careful and calm - I didn't feel any discomfort during my cleaning and Xrays. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to and I felt like they truly cared about my experience. I was excited to use their internet special to get free exams on my first visit. I was also happy to find that they are open on Saturdays so that I can bring my daughter in without having to take her out of school. I only write reviews when I feel a business deserves five stars, and I felt like Dr. Kezian was worth writing about! I will be returning, and will also bring my daughter in for her first visit shortly. Thank you for the excellent care!

Excellent first-time visit - will update soon. I just met with Dr. Kezian today for the first time and had a wonderful experience (and yes, I'm a "real patient." and I'm leaving a dentist who will be getting a different kind of review).

PRO's:

1) Knowledgeable and willing to explain things to me

2) State of the art equipment (I never heard of "low radiation X-rays" before, but when I mentioned my concerns about x-rays, he said it's the lowest level available.

3) Quality of the x-rays. I've been confused because I got 2 very different opinions (former dentist and a second opinion), and he showed me exactly why they both might be right and I myself could see it with him.

3) He agreed with my plan to not do anything but to "keep a watch" on this particular tooth (unlike another reviewer, not only did he not accuse me of "playing dentist" but he seemed genuinely interested in my opinion!)

4) THE BEST PART - this was a second (actually third) opinion/consult and he spent a lot of time with me and took x-rays. Cost? Free. Seriously... who does that? I can only come to the conclusion that he has his heart (and his practice) in the right place. So far, I also really like his staff - extremely friendly and professional.

CON'S:

1) The first examination room is a bit public - that is, I could see the patient from the waiting area. Perhaps a door or curtain is in order?

OVERALL - I think I found my new dentist. His expertise, caring, demeanor, lack of charge for the consult, taking time to explain, NOT AT ALL condescending, and the state-of-the-art equipment.

Finally found a dentist that I LOVE.. I don't know why a few people have commented saying this place is bad or the doctor is rude. He is probably one of the sweetest dentists out there. The moment he walks into the room he is all smiles and always makes me feel comfortable. The staff, don't even get me started, they're AMAZING. They're always so bubbly and sweet, it kind of makes me forget I'm at a dental office.

Both doctors are so great at what they do. Dr. T (the female) was great with me fillings. I had two cavities that she fixed and the color match is seriously really good. The structure of the tooth looks natural too.

Dr. K (the male) is amazing with veneers. They came out great. I love my new smile.

Great New Smile!!!. I would agree with all of the positive reviews about this office! I actually found Dr. Kezian and Tashjian online several years ago when I moved to this area. Modern and clean office. Great customer service and help with insurance questions. They both are great dentists and explaing everthing that they do. Sometimes the pictures and explantions are a bit of a turn off, !!! Just do it !! but his dental work is outstanding. I did the Zoom teeth whitening and Porcelain Veneers and my teeth really look nice. My teeth were a little sensative for a day, but well worth it for the results. I would definately recommend this office to anyone!!!

no so great. here's something from a real patient: this was the WORST dentist I've ever had! It was my first visit to the dentist and right away he started insulting me, saying that I have teeth of a 60 y.o. when I'm 28 in real life! He told me he had to do an "extreme makeover" (his own words) with his assistant laughing like it was the best joke ever. When I told him that I wasn't ready to do bridges and crowns, but wanted to start with fillings, he blew up and told me that if I was going to act like "a doctor" he didn't want to treat me. He told me to find another dentist and left me sitting in the chair with the napkin on my chest. He was the most insulting and rude person I've ever met in California!!! Take your business elsewhere and don't let anyone treat you this way!!!

just got my dental implant. Extraction / Bone Graft / Dental Implant - excellent clean, modern facilities. Super nice, friendly staff. Dr. Kezian was great with explaining procedures and answering questions from start to finish. Fantastic results and as pain-free / comfortable as possible. Really happy with service and no pain , would recommend.

I visited a web site night guard lab.c0m and was amazed at the prices of a good night guard,so i gave your office a call and ask some Q and A and i want to thank you for giving me such good advice,dr arthur i appreciate haveing some one i can call,i am very happy and would send any body to this night guard lab.c0m they know what there doing in quality,price,and delivery it fit very good and has helped me to sleep at night,and i have no trouble with my teeth grinding

Rude, &cheap ofiice surroundings. From the smell of cheap perfume, i thought it was a third world country, the office was tiny, waited 40 minutes, the dr. is rude, should be retired, and cheap perfume, not a friendly place, stay away

Outstanding Dentist. This is the best dental/doctor practice I have ever been treated by, without a doubt. I have been a patient for over a decade and the staff and Dr. K and Dr. T always treat me as if they are caring for a family member--great communicators, caring and very talented dentists. My comfort is a priority as is the best possible dental care available. And I have had just about every possible dental issue treated and resolved. Talented and experienced doctors, the best staff and assistants ever-wish there were more like 'em.
